• Branded materials and tools.

3. Service Types

3.1 Consulting Services

These services involve one-on-one or group sessions with our legal advisors.

Consulting sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, the session fee is non-refundable due to scheduling constraints.

If we cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative date or full reimbursement of your fee.

3.2 Informational Products

This includes digital guides, webinars, and courses provided by Retire Decree.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

3.3 Branded Goods

Our branded tools and materials are subject to inspection upon delivery. If damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or credit within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for sending the item back will be covered by Retire Decree. Once we receive the item, a replacement will be shipped or a credit issued within 7 days.

4. Payment and Fees

All fees are due in advance. We accept major cards and approved online methods. By providing payment details, you authorize Retire Decree to charge the fees for selected services.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service type:

• Consulting Services: Fees are non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours before the session; otherwise, fees may be applied to rescheduling. If we cancel, full fee is reimbursed.
• Informational Products: Eligible for refund within 14 days if less than 20% accessed; refund processed within 10 business days to the original method.
• Branded Goods: Damaged or defective items eligible for replacement or credit within 7 days of delivery; credit is issued within 7 days of receipt of the item.

6. Limitations of Liability

Retire Decree shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Doha.
